It was the 13th anniversary of Park Run today. Sadly my left knee said "no" last night as I knelt on it. Nowt serious I hope, but did not want to risk it this morning. Gutted, but managed to take a load of action shots of the 5k event. More here on Flickr.

The day continued busily as we helped our Doreen pack her stuff into storage as she prepares to move house. A well deserved curry 'n' beer for late tea.
