A happy 60th birthday

Last night we went to the 60th birthday celebration of a friend. We had an evening at a Persian restaurant (my first taste of this cuisine) where there was a buffet with many different dishes to sample. It was all very tasty and made from a huge variety of ingredients.

If anyone is interested, my plate of food is the extra photo. The main one is of the birthday boy about to get his food from the buffet containers.

It was a lovely evening spent in good company and I'm sure that M enjoyed his birthday celebration.
