Farewell Spit

Flew back from Auckland today. Left the kids with Grandma after a great weekend with my folks. Lots of fish and fun.

Back to a super busy work day, and sorting things out. Like, Fletchers advising that even though work is scheduled to start Monday on our house they haven't yet approved all the incidentals, like movers, who arrive Thursday. And, being completely logical, we can't pay the movers and then get reimbursed, there is no retroactive payment. They expect to approve the incidentals within 2 weeks. They have had it since August 13. One wonders what else isn't' approved!

Options. Move ourselves, or delay the work. More discussion with Fletchers tomorrow. Project management professionals my arse.

BTW, will back blip last few days after we've moved house. Time to pack!
