Cracked it!

I didn't need a millstone, simply a bigger mug.  

You'll be pleased to know I only had one egg today.  Perhaps 10 more seconds next time but it was pretty good for a one mug wonder.  The pan just doesn't work for me, I've tried all those tips but still end up with a pan full of wafting eggy bits - and they make me cringe, particularly when they stick to the edge. There's something nasty about dried on egg.

I had a short cycle ride past this little British scene that always makes me smile.  Behind it, there's even a set of stocks.  There'll be no throwing eggs at me for today's achievements :D
