Apologies to Vegetarians, (and Parents!)

I was rather amused by this sign in our local butcher’s shop, I also like the ‘pork cut’s’ clock and the chicken picture too!
It’s always a pleasure to visit our local friendly butcher’s shop, the staff are really chatty and helpful, M. always talks football with the young lad in there who also supports Liverpool.  They make their own sausages (the butchers, that is, not Liverpool FC), and several imaginative varieties are on offer and they also sell very tasty treacle cured bacon, we stock up with both and freeze until needed.
A busy day today, food shopping this morning with B. Then, after our lunch and a trip to town M. and I cleaned up the spare bedroom that he has been decorating this week, which is now complete, apart from the new carpet (which is still to be fitted) it’s looking very nice indeed…a future blip I think.

I’ll be catching up with blip commenting tomorrow as we’re off to the Little Theatre in Sheringham this evening. We’re going to see ‘BBC Introduces’, in association with BBC Radio Norfolk, a showcase for emerging musical talent and stand-up comedy, so no idea what it’ll be like…which makes it rather intriguing.
