Collection

Among the many things that there are collections of in our house - our favorite collection is a large number of "mother plaques." Many years ago a friend was getting rid of stuff and among that stuff was a plaque that had this sentiment on it. This isn't the original plaque - but it's still on the wall - along with a gazillion others. The extra shows some of them, but not quite all because they have outgrown that particular wall. You can see the original one pretty much in the center in the extra - an odd shaped brown thing with the word "mother" in white at the top. Anyway - getting that first one set us to picking them up wherever we saw them and the rest is history.

Not the silliest thing in the world, but a bit silly, surely?
