Crummock Water

This was the first day of our workshop at Lakeland Photographic Holidays and we chose to go to Crummock Water which was being really stirred up by the winds from ex-hurrican Ophelia as it passed to the west. It made for some challenging photography as everything was on the move. In the afternoon the clouds were really scudding by giving a constantly changing pattern of lighting. I was lucky enough to capture this rather dramatic moment though my image was slightly marred by flare.
