The Old Forge (Monday 16th October 2017)

As everyone has noticed, the effect of Hurricane Ophelia in the less affected areas was to create a kind of tungsten colour cast beneath a strange amber sun, along with a pervading darkness followed by some high winds. I broke off from my loft sorting to take a few pictures, but the colours were not hugely evident. This shot of the patio probably shows the effect the most clearly.
