Traveling troubadour.

This is Claude Hay the support act at a gig I went to this evening with Red Flash. He travelled all the way from Australia to entertain us and did a fantastic job creating a wall of sound using a looper and home made drum kit he could play with one foot.

Today was the day I thought I'd be back working but, when the alarm went off, it wasn't to be however, having been out partying tonight, I have no excuse tomorrow!

I am very lucky to enjoy good health and am reminded that there are many people who don't have the ability to recover after a few days off.

Peanut Butter on toast is the best way to end a great evening.
