Pootered Ladybirds

It was such a miserable day yesterday that we switched on the central heating, and that sent the hibernating ladybirds scuttling in all directions, so a decision was taken to move them to a better hibernation spot!

I found the pooter and collected them and Tony released them on the wall in the allotment where they can find plenty of crevices in which to pass the winter, and food should they wake up.

Job done I walked down in to Bingley to swim, first time there since the girls were young, and I enjoyed the exercise then walked home.

Time now to work on my Blurb book as the weather closes in once again.
