Farming on the Carse

To the west of Bridge of Allan lies the farming land of the Carse of Lecropt. There are some good walks here, but today we headed past the farms and headed to Doune Castle. The castle is closed after today for a week for filming - I think a new Robert the Bruce film. The Carse borders the land at Park of Keir about which Libra often writes in her journal. After a modest walk an undeserved large lunch and home for a snooze.
