Another beautiful day

Here in Edinburgh it has been another beautiful day. No sign of 'Storm Brian' at all.

This morning Ann cleaned the flat, went food shopping and swam 100 lengths. If any of you lovely Blippers are interested; she's more than half way across the English Channel now. Not literally. Obv! Thank you to everyone who has donated to our 'Just Giving' page for the 'Aspire Swim the English Channel Challenge'.

This afternoon Ann said, 'Molly, let's do a bit more of our 'Bus Routes project.' For those of you who don't follow our Blips regularly; our 'bus routes project' involves us jumping on a bus and going to the terminus and then walking home via the most interesting route we can find.

This afternoon we got on a number 38 bus and went to the terminus at the Royal Infirmary. That was really interesting because Ann has never, ever been to the new Royal Infirmary. (Just googled when it opened and it was 2002.)

The first part of my walk I was on my lead but then we had to walk through the Hermitage of Braid (where I did lots of splishing and splashing and sploshing in the burn) and then we walked around the bottom of Blackford Hill, where all the squirrels live, so obviously I'm now totally exhausted because I had to go into chase mode.

Walked, ran, splish, splash, sploshed, chased for 4.2 miles. Tired now.

…...........And Ann's friend was supposed to be coming round for dinner tonight but has just cancelled so what should we do now.................................... Any suggestions Blippers???? And please don't say, 'Watch Xfactor'.

Happy Saturday night peeps. xx
