View over the hedge

It was Hector's turn to go for a long walk with me this afternoon, so we headed off through the village. This is the view over the hedge next to the village hall. We were almost back when there was a bit of a downpour, so we were quite wet when we got back in - however Ziggy was then waiting for his walk (short for him today) so off I went again. Thankfully the rain soon stopped, and the sun came out beautifully.
We visited Lyme Regis this morning for a walk by the sea, but as soon as we had paid for our parking and started walking, we realised that it was far too windy for C's eye so soon after his op, so we abandoned that walk. The boys looked quite flumoxed as to why they could walk for only about 1 minute. We met someone we know in that short time, which was quite strange, as we don't know that many people around here yet.
