Brisk Walk

This morning is the first time I have felt normal for weeks; the sharp back pain gone and now just an odd twinge going down my right leg.
I was keeping up with Mrs SJR no problem at all and even felt myself panting a wee bit on the steeper track sections. Normal is very good and for that I am thankful.

The cattle here looked quite curious and stayed for a photo. Extra is a weird looking rain shower across the valley lit up in a shaft of sunlight
