An Extra-Special Dessert

We went to a fundraising dinner for Kulshan Community Land Trust at Ciao Thyme this evening. The dessert was a wonderful plum upside-down cake, topped with plum caramel sauce and a spun sugar decoration. It tasted as good as it looks.

One guest, who was celebrating her birthday, got an extra decoration on her cake, as you can see in the blip photo.
