Zoo

It wasn’t too bad a night last night in our family room at the hotel in Eastbourne (yesterday’s backblip). We set off after breakfast for Drusillas Park - a zoo nearby.

It was jammed with half term visitors and we found it rather busy... not helped by the ikea-style layout where you have to follow the route round and can’t choose which animals you visit next.

Having said that, we saw lots of great animals, including my favourite: lemurs. We also saw the escaped red panda (it wasn’t escaped for long)!
