Last flourish

I went for a walk in Stenness and visited the bird-hide overlooking the Loch of Harray. I'd never seen it so empty of birds, but heading back to the road I had a beautiful view of a male hen harrier hunting between the Stones of Stenness and the Watch Stone. It had to use all its skill to handle the strong wind. These flowers were also struggling to cope in the conditions.
