Two precious “flowers”

I’m taking a little photographic licence with my image for today’s Flower Friday. Two of the most precious flowers in my life are my twin granddaughters, Alice & Emily. Today is their 14th birthday so I’m posting their willing picture as my contribution for today’s Flower Friday challenge.

We had some informal feedback from their new school which they started in September. The new Deputy Head was taking a PHSE lesson with Alice’s class and they were exploring “Friends”.  They looked at a possible recipe for making friends and the class was asked “what tools do you need to make friends?”  

Alice answered, “you don’t need tools, just a willing heart”.
