There Is A Light

When the clocks go back. The first afternoon is always a surprise. But there is someone here who is ahead of the game and is cosying up their living room early. 

And the next morning I will be wondering why the first hour of daylight has to be wasted when I will still be getting up. But we have the same old debate every year and nothing changes. 

I blame you Scottish Blipmates for demanding the morning daylight so that you can milk your cows and get your kids to school! Or something.

Still, when we've got Brexit and you Scots have got your independence we will be able to get back our morning daylight hour.

How's that for an incoherent rant?
