Trick or Treat?!

First Halloween in our new house and we loved it! The elementary school at the end of our block had the kids parade through the neighborhood - very cute.

Then, the evening trick-or-treat visitors to our front door -- some in groups as large as 20 (main blip), others on their own or in pairs, under the watchful eye of parents in the background. Some were very young (see extra for my fav); others were probably high school kids. Some were sweet and shy; other more confident; some even cocky. Some daintily picked just one candy or toy; others grabbed handfuls. It was interesting to see these miniature adults -- each with his/her own style already :)

Lights are off now and I'm eating some of the leftover chocolates ;)
