Waiting for the Gates to open!

Nice sunny day  -  only 11 degrees but I had my roof down:)  Arrived at the Dump with a load of leaves only to find a long queue. They have changed their opening time from 10 am to 12 noon  -  hence the queue  -  lots of people, like me, were not aware of the change of times.  We are now!  I blipped while I waited.  The guy in charge of the gate was pretending not to notice the queue  -  the gate didn't open until precisely noon:-)  How's that for efficiency!
