Another day in paradise. Went for scooter ride to the park, then coffee n cake at the cafe. Off to physio for some pain, sorry rehab. Back home for a post-dinner nap and movie. Now midnight, struggling to get to sleep. Recovery is both enjoyable and extreme frustration.
