November Frost Moon

3 pm and still awake with the Moon shining through my window begging to be blipped. So garbed in Dressing Gown and Slippers I set up my tripod and camera in the garden  -  good job the neighbours were all asleep:)  The full Moon this month is almost a Supermoon and so is very, very bright.  I usually just use Auto for my Moon shots but it wasn't doing so well this time  -  see my extra.  The Main Blip is taken with the Scene setting set to Moon. The full Moon in the UK isn't due until 05.22  -  this was taken at about 03.15 so technically is two hours short of being the Full Moon. The November Moon has many names  - Hunter's, Beaver, and more, but I prefer the name Frost Moon. Have a nice weekend, everyone:)
