Spiky plants

A day of two halves. This morning the weather was lovely as I cycled to work. It was so warm that I went for a swim to cool down after my Bike ride back to the apartment.
In the afternoon as Suzy and I were walking around exploring Siesta it started raining developing into a full blown thunderstorm with bouncing hail stones.
The weather here can change quite quickly, I guess because we are on an island. Now as the night time has arrived the rain is gone and the lights from the fountain and the buildings by the promenade are reflecting from a calm sea.
