Slow cooker saves the day

A busy day working, this time as an examiner for the national EIKEN tests. Home late afternoon to finish off some course work and walk the woofer who had enjoyed a splendid day with the poodle posse.

Fortunately the slow cooker saved the day with a rather magnificent sweet potato and almond soup.

On the bleak side I’ve not got any hot water... two days running... brrr...
