The Mermaid

The Rotary Club donates a prize for Best Local Artist at the annual Rhododendron Art Show.
I was asked to take a photo of this year's winner, Lilianne Ivins, with her lovely miniature painting, "The Mermaid".
As beautiful and charming as she is talented this young lady will go a long way.

The extra was shot from the car window as we returned home from the valley in the lovely persisting mist.
