THE OLD TREES IN OCKENBURGH

The old trees in Ockenburgh are majestic and begin to change colour.
I walk there since the rain as promised has disappeared and the sunshine warms me.
Along the ponds the dragonflies and damselsflies are chasing above the water.
There sits a damselfly for a longer time and I take pictures. The light through the trees convinces us all in the end.

My haiku:

The green labyrinth
Around me dark and almost
Wet protects the birds

And the german proverb:

If you would have your lamp burn, you must pour oil into it.
