Busy bee....

.....a hive of activity today on rhododendron Alex Holmes, bee's coming and going throughout the day.

Alex Holmes flowers mid season, so delicate there's almost no colour once the flowers open, softest of lavender pink flowers with a few pretty freckles, the bush is small and compact.

A chilly day with some wind, no rain to speak off I think we've missed the weather bomb.

Must fly as there's much more work to be done.
