What a shame

A long day but nice; beautiful dog walk in the sun and Poppydog didn't limp but even bounced a bit. Maybe one day I'll persuade her the acupuncture is worth the hassle!
A sports massage which sorted out incipient plantar fasciitis and arm pain which apparently is too much sewing (never knew I could damage myself so easily). Now I've got to jiggle the arm every now and then and wiggle my feet.
Haircut, a spot of spectacularly unsuccessful Christmas shopping (What to give my 85 yr old m-i-l? She wants nothing :-/) then home via food shop.
