Out of the ordinary

Our choir has borrowed the Oxford Silver Band's conductor to rehearse Handel's Dixit Dominus with us then conduct it at our Christmas concert. His knowledge of music in general and this piece in particular is superb. He is confident, encouraging and funny and he has inspired techniques for helping us learn difficult bits. 

He is 18, in his last year at a local comprehensive school and is completely undaunted by our average age of 65ish. Watch out for Dexter Drown.
