Buster se encuentra con su hermana por primera vez

Double trouble.
Went to a fundraising event run by the animal protection organisation, at my favourite garden centre, and in the crowd of dogs and owners saw Buster, which came as a bit of a surprise as I'd left him in the car. This dog was his identical twin - though female - and on speaking to the owner, discovered really was his actual twin! They came from the same litter of pups from a breeder in San Lluis. We live at different ends of the island so this was a really chance meeting. The other dog had the same face, size, walk and very assertive bark as Buster. The event (see extra) was a happy family affair with food, stalls, entertainment and a dog catwalk parade of animals up for adoption, all wearing green bandanas. Most of them were quite large so Buster was somewhat overwhelmed. I took him into the garden centre where he could reassert his authority by peeing on the artificial C-trees.
An all-you-can-eat Sunday buffet at the local Indian restaurant rounded off the day nicely.
