River Brathay

L slept really well.  Amazingly so.  Phew. 

It was a glorious day.  Stunning.  Wall to wall sunshine and glorious autumn colours.

Drove into the lakes and parked at Elterwater for the walk along the River Brathay to Skelwith Bridge.  L walked for a fair amount of the time.

Dinner at home and an opportunity to catch up with C and hear his news.
