Day 1 of my birthday holiday.

We were up at 3 this morning to catch the flight to Amsterdam and then onwards to Budapest.
The Christmas market is in full flow, with cauldrons of mulled wine on offer and more meat than I have seen in a long while. It's a difficult time of year for Turkeys and, so it seems, Pigs.
