Laundry Time

This peaceful industrious scene prepared me for my day as I walked along the lakeside.
I have spent most of the day at Green Pastures Hospital in Pokhara, I am out of words sufficient to do justice to the transformation in people’s lives I have witnessed today, not least the 8 women who have had pelvic fistula surgery last week, and those dignified by their work on the farm who were ex Leprosy sufferers. This isn’t glamorous Medical work, but it looks pretty beautiful to me.
