MonoMonday199 My guilty pleasure

This isn't really guilty, although it is a pleasure, to enjoy a cup of tea in bed every morning.  Mostly Mr MC brings up the tray but sometimes I do that chore myself as I did today.  The jug says jersey cream but I only ever have skimmed milk in my tea and I hate the thought of any sort of sweetening in it.
This isn't a great quality picture, as it was taken on my phone  and a version of it used for the current Facebook popular challenge '7 Days, 7 b/w photos, no people, no explanations'  ...well obviously I've given a rather detailed description here!
