Football & cycling

Father-son weekend in Denver to catch up and take in a few sporting events. They saw an NBA basketball game followed by an NFL football game (this photo is of the basketball court). I continued to cram for my barre class workshop happening tomorrow, i have to be ready to teach one of the blocks/songs - i am responsible for legs (plies). Quiet day at home working on this followed by meeting a couple of girlfriends for dinner at a funky Italian restaurant called Scadabush - which apparently means 'a bit of this, a bit of that'. Great to see them, one i very rarely see and miss very much. The 2nd photo is the email i received when i arrived home confirming i (& my sweetie) were successful in our applications to work at the upcoming indoor track cycling World Cup...we are so excited! They are happening December 1-3 in Milton, Ontario...watch for my blips!
