St Paul's and the amazing disappearing Shard

Up early this morning to do battle with the rush hour tube to our hosts, Bank of America. This is the last meeting for 2017 of the Special Olympics Athlete Leadership team. I took lots of photos of the Athlete Leaders but I don't have everyone's permission to Blip them. It's a pity as they're quite a team. Bank of America is as you'd imagine - swish. It has a wonderful roof terrace from which I took this picture of St Paul's Cathedral with the Shard disappearing into the low cloud. It cheered up a bit later in the afternoon but by the time Lyn and I left Euston on the 16:30 to Glasgow (and a bus replacement to Stirling to look forward to) it was already dark. First stop Warrington and we can't wait to get home.
