West Highland Way - Final few miles

After having a lazy day at the Glen Nevis Youth Hostel yesterday I walked down into Fort William today - the final three miles of the WHW.

The "finish line" is at the far end of the main street and has a handy bench with a sculpture of a walker rubbing his feet - I don't know why I didn't photograph that instead - it would have been a little more interesting than "The End" sign.

Was going to wait for the bus back up Glen Nevis but would have had to wait around for ages so I trundled slowly back up on foot, carrying my supplies. What's a mere 3 miles each way after walking 95 :D
