First Santa

I went down to Dunollie Castle this afternoon to drop off Mrs M - she was volunteering at 'Dunollie Makes Christmas'. It was certainly well attended and I hope they made plenty of money for the charity.

This was my first sighting of Santa this year - his beard was immaculate and excrutiatingly white. I'm sure it won't stay that white for long when he gets into the mince pies and punch!
