Along the Canal

We decided to go out for a walk this morning, hoping to avoid some of the wildness of the weather.  It was very windy but only some spots of rain around so we didn't do too badly.  This is a stretch of the Droitwich Canal which branches off the Birmingham and Worcester Canal near Hanbury.  I loved the colours of the reeds - they were very different to those along the main canal.

Hoped to see the new niece today, but she was not home to visitors!  We will have to try again another day.
