Fergus at the Shipyard

6.5C with bright spells and showers. Wind N/NW to 21 mph with gusts to 36 mph.

Fergus and I went out for a short walk after dinner yesterday evening. We had just crossed the road and got round the corner when a man with a male collie came along. The collie barked at Fergus. Fergus instantly turned into a cross between the Tasmanian devil cartoon character and Mr Hyde. The collie gave us a wide berth, but it took a few minutes to get Fergus to calm down completely. Don't bark at Fergus would be my advice.

It was much brighter this morning. Much better even with the showers. The last few days have been so dark.

Fergus and I went for a walk after lunch. We went out to the old shipyard. There was one shower on the way but it wasn't really wet so Fergus didn't wear his coat. We met one big dog on the way back. It didn't bark. Fergus was fine. I was pleased.
