It starts here

First Christmas presents wrapped and ready so that our visitors can take them home. Now that the Christmas dynamics have changed (old oldies and young independents) the distribution of gifts has to be planned early with military precision- or pay the extortionate Royal Mail prices.
My home sparkled for about 3 hours - and now it's become real again with mess and crumbs and dog paw prints. What a relief!!
We have three guests and anticipate the youngsters arriving at the weekend. True to form, I lost at cards this evening (by a very narrow margin) but it was good and noisy and hopefully fun was had by all.
And LH got the blinking letter out that he's been procrastinating about all week. At last.
