Veloudaki

Velvet this flower is named in Greek and in Dutch, but what is its Latin name?
I remember my surprise over its beauty and lovely name "Veloudaki" when seeing it in one's garden, bloodred it was, their colors are full. Did like this purple one and took a counterlight of it.
