Black Friday trials...... My nephew needed to take a truck into town and required collecting. Dave went off to fetch him and said the roads were clogged so the journey took twice as long. Apparently some stores in town opened at midnight so all and sundry were scrabbling around for bargains. Then later a call comes in to say one of the milk tankers had gone off the road....so out they go again to try and sort that out. Thankfully it was empty and not too badly damaged.  It is certainly an interesting life here on the farm!  The sun is setting so it is now time for a G&T!
