Yoga Aerial Trapeze

I finally got my yoga trapeze! I am thrilled! A great deal, it arrived quickly and was easy to install. When the weather is better i can take it outside, cant wait...even a tree branch works. I have taken about 5 aerial classes and loved every one of them. My friend was raving about her trapeze and said it has transformed her life as she was a prisoner to back pain. She works on it every night before bed, it is the traction and hanging upside down that has fixed her. I will practice then take a photo of me (or my sweetie) in it to blip. Terrible crazy yucky day at work. Super busy and nothing went right and now i am finishing it in fine fashion, heading to the dreaded dentist. Glass of wine waiting for me at home?
