What a lovely day climbing at Stanage Edge!  Yes it was cold, but I was wearing so many layers that it didn't really matter, although my feet did feel it with rock shoes on, even with socks.

Paul had picked out some slabby routes so that my wrist wasn't loaded too much, he did all the leading, with Mary and I following.  My wrist was ok and it was so nice to have my hands on rock again.

Later in the afternoon it began to snow a little and for five minutes we had a mini-blizzard. The extra is of Mary climbing the last route as the light was beginning to fade, I'd already done it, and we ended up walking down in the dark.  The route's called Limbo and it seems that I lead it back in the summer...
