Taking The Biscuit

I'm loading this Blip from my iPad having used Snapseed to edit the shot. All new to me, but as I'm in Wales for a couple of days I have little choice. No iMac or LR3 to play with!
I was happy with a few more of my shots today but I'll load them onto Flickr and link to them later in the week.
This dapper chap seems far too "with it" for sedate old Belfast.
