Nine's Shawl!

This is the shawl that our friend Nine wore at the Sandwich Fair in New Hampshire two days ago. I mentioned that she'd been complimented on it numerous times, and I promised to blip it--so here it is! Even better in large!

Nine is expert at quilts (patchwork in France) and other such techniques. My wife met her and Didier in Paris in 1990 and I met them a few years afterwards when Marylee and I got together.

We're back in Northampton Mass and will be tootling around in the area for the next couple of days before the two of them fly back to France.
