Today is Finland's 100th birthday - our Independence day 6 December 1917, when we stopped being a part of Russia after 108 years of that. many public buildings are lit in blue and white, and even the sky decided to add some white as I was taking pictures in the morning. In the extra, you can see one of the previous shots when the snow was already in the background. And the second extra shows the Helsinki main street, Mannerheimintie, during the heavy snowing.
