Christmas at Chatsworth

I've been wanting to go and see this annual Christmas display for a couple of years, and today I've done it and had a very enjoyable day. But the enjoyment was mainly down to the company because, to be honest, Christmas at Chatsworth wasn't as good - for that read extravagant - as I'd been expecting.  But I'd love to go again next year and compare.

Has anyone else visited?
